deepBLUE Terms & Conditions

Terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
For large projects we may require a 25% deposit on order, 25% when initial design is available, with the remaining balance payable on completion. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or PayPal.

All domain registrations, renewals and purchases of web space to be paid in advance.

Deep Blue will not be liable for losses indirect or otherwise arising from a customer website. Customers are required to check and amend all content prior to upload. Any errors or omissions must be brought to the attention of Deep Blue Web Services within 7 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to make a charge for amends brought to our attention after this time.

All information supplied to Deep Blue is treated in confidence and will be used only for the production the web site and for direct communication with the customer. We do not lend or sell any private information.
